Before she ever sold her first property, Wendy’s first love was textiles, tailoring, and trendsetting. She holds a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, a foundation that quietly fueled her real estate success through home staging and visual marketing. Over the years, as she guided clients through the process of reinventing their lives in new homes, Wendy felt a growing desire to return to her creative roots and offer her community something tangible, personal, and stylish.

That vision came to life with the opening of Birds of a Feather Store, a curated lifestyle boutique in the heart of the community. The boutique seamlessly blends Wendy's dual passions. It features a handpicked collection of contemporary apparel, elevated everyday wear, and artisanal home accents.

Today, Wendy continues to balance her thriving real estate business with the daily inspiration of running her boutique. When she isn't negotiating deals or sourcing new designers, she can be found at the shop, helping old friends and new neighbors find the perfect look for their next chapter.
